#treatyoself: Pryes Raspberry Sour

Pryes Brewing opened their taproom right across the river from my place this summer. The space is right on West River Road on the Mississippi. The taproom is a great space to enjoy a beer, some gourmet grilled cheese from Seventh Street Truck Park (their current in-house guest kitchen) and discover feather bowling.

Their flagship Miraculum IPA has been popular in the Twin Cities for years and their small batch lineup is well-rounded. My boyfriend Mike and I stopped in for an amazing all-stout flight that featured their Dublin Dry Stout infused with espresso, strawberry and mint. My kind of stout!

One of their standouts for me is the raspberry sour. It's refreshing and fruity and an easy drink. It might just revive you in this never-ending winter. Right now, you'll have to stop by their taproom to get a taste, but rumor is it might be available in cans sometime soon. Cheers!
